This melt-in-the-mouth range, resembling Emmental cheese, comes in flavours like Lotus Biscoff, chocolate, peanut butter with blueberry, orange, matcha, lychee rose, and the original, with a stuffing of strawberry and cookies (RM18-RM19 per slice).
Served smooth and chilled with cheese-handle spoons, these cakes will charm children and adults alike, its mellow sweet-savouriness channelling a cross between cheesecake and yogurt.
