Battergenic turns the traditional ondeh-ondeh into tantalising tarts, surrounding the stuffing of freshly grated coconut with gula Melaka in fragrant pandan-infused pastry instead of the more familiar glutinous rice cakes. Flaky and sweet within, buttery-crisp and crumbly outside - we can't stop popping them into our mouths (RM25 per tub).
