Korean barbecue fans of pork and beef might go crazy for the carnivorous charisma of Bukit Damansara’s new Michin Grill.
Pork signatures span the honeycomb-scored “100 cut” belly, thick and temptingly rendered, to the Boston butt shoulder, a balance of lean and luscious with a clean, pronounced purity of flavour.
Beef includes Australian Black Angus tongue and Japanese A5 wagyu ribs, all prepared with attention to detail, from the quality of the meat to the marination to the grilling technique. Everything on the table is tantalising, from sweetly nuanced kimchi to side orders like smoothly soft pan-fried tofu.
Service is helpful and patient.
