Ayame Ramen is KL's new restaurant for ramen in tori paitan, serving its noodles mainly in a milky-white, chicken-based broth with a lightly frothy foam.
With mellow, easy-going flavours and textures, the recipes here prove soothing, spanning the original bubbly broth to others flavoured with garlic or a lighter shoyu-based rendition. Chicken gyoza and chicken karaaage are also available to round out these poultry pleasures.
