Sri Petaling’s new Iberican Noodle House brings together time-honoured Chinese noodles with top-tier Spanish pork.
The meat is the succulent star of the Iberico curried spare ribs with house-made noodles and Iberico char siu and wontons with bamboo noodles.
Each cut is consistently rich-textured and clean-tasting, with a firm bite and full-bodied chew - most memorable: the char siu is decadently distinctive, fleshy and fatty, pleasurably prepared.
A la carte cuts like grilled Iberico jowl are also available.
