Founded by a Taiwanese-Malaysian family with a Taiwanese patriarch, TTDI's atmospheric new KO tempts us with a soulful taste of Taipei - its signature beef noodle soup is hearty and comforting, loaded with lots of tender beef, but the dry scallion noodles are even more delicious, fragrantly flavourful to the final strand.
