These folks are no quacks when it comes to frying up Penang-style char koay teow that's nonetheless Muslim-friendly - the signature Quackteow (RM10) is charcoal-fired for a satisfying sense of wok hei, complete with duck eggs and fresh cockles, shrimp, fish cakes, bean sprouts and chives, less greasy but still an indulgently guilty pleasure.
