TTDI’s new Don Omakase dishes out dozens of dreamy, decadent dons, some with nearly an omakase meal’s sum of seafood.

Bowls come topped in thematic styles: For crustacean cravings, try the crab lover’s Zuwai Kani Don, blanketed with snow crab flakes and kani miso, and Ebi Don, with a smooth, sweet mix of aka ebi and ama ebi.

Fish is well-represented by favourites like the Aburi Engawa Don, in a mini portion pictured here (RM39) or a regular serving (RM65).

Bowls are thoughtfully proportioned with rice that’s steamed with shio kombu broth for well-calibrated flavour. Everything tastes fresh with satisfying textures.

More than 40 distinct dons are available, encouraging repeat visits.

End with a delightfully dense Mont Blanc-inspired dessert of ice cream capped with chestnut puree.
