The Great Fork might be NU Sentral's most gorgeously furnished restaurant, with cosy nooks lined with calming murals inside and a spacious, leafy terrace perched on the fifth floor outdoors. Its menu confidently crosses continents, hopscotching from Asia to America - starters span the Indonesian-inflected tempeh fritters with a textured tomato sambal (RM12.90) to U.S.-influenced corn dog poppers, comprising tender chicken bratwurst coated in cornmeal batter, partnered with Thai chilli sauce for a playful East-West coupling (RM15.90), and Peruvian-inspired ceviche, comprising lusciously fresh morsels of raw butterfish cured with lime juice, tossed with avocado, shallots, cucumber, cilantro and cili padi to perk up the palate (RM21.90).
