For burger buffs, start with The B&T Original, bolstered by a 150-gram Australian beef patty with tomatoes, cheddar and lime aioli (RM14.90). The patty is American diner-style - coarsely textured, with a crisp bite that yields to a tender chew. This is one saucy burger; the lime aioli adds a lot of moisture to the ensemble, with the uplift of a citrus aftertaste to helps balance out the burger.
If you want to double the decadence, order The Fat Heifer, the flagship burger that's a double cheeseburger version of The B&T Original. Grilled chicken and fried chicken burgers are also available.
Burger & Taco's founders had a hard time finding satisfactory tacos in the Klang Valley, which explains the second half of their culinary equation. The Double Supreme Chicken Soft Taco is plumply packed with chicken, egg, lettuce, tomatoes and a mayo-based 'special fry sauce' - similar to Shack/Crack sauces - that engulfs the ensemble in a soft wheat tortilla, for mouthfuls that you can sink your teeth totally into (RM16.90).
