TTDI goes green: Vegan product purveyor Hijau now offers its plant-based spreads, sauces and sambals as part of meals at Thursdvys cafe. Main courses (available 1pm-10pm) include edamame hummus with crispy kale chips and toasted pumpkin with sourdough toast (RM22), sweet potato gnocchi with plant-based cashew cheese, spinach, shredded seaweed and sesame and pomegranate seeds (RM25) and instant ramen-style noodles with Thai basil miso pesto, crispy tempeh and truffle oil (RM20) - hearty fare that'll fill up herbivores and omnivores alike, rich in robust flavours. Wash down with apple juice laced with Himalayan salt or kombucha in flavours like lavender lemonade.
