How now, brown bao? KL's latest rebooter of steamed buns stuffs slices of smoked duck with sesame seeds and spring onions into mantou (RM10) and minced unagi into house-baked fluffy charcoal buns (RM10), even passing off brioche as bao, served with butter and biscoff spread (RM6). The results could merit investigation if you're a die-hard bao buff, downed with Yunnan spring white tea.
