








Kaorisabo is SS2’s new Japanese-run ice cream parlour, embracing tea-based flavours with inspirations from across Asia.
Its founder, formerly based in Hong Kong, churns ice cream steeped in the region’s finest leaves: Top-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto; oolong from Phoenix Mountain, Guangdong; black tea from Assam, India; and more.
Signature ice creams span unique seasonal blends, with two flavours harmoniously intertwined.
Hojicha ice cream is melded with baked sweet potato ice cream for toasty autumnal richness, while matcha ice cream mingles with orange ice cream for a summery citrus-laced lift.
Serving delicately aromatic scoops with supple textures, Kaorisabo (loosely translated as ‘fragrant tea room’) triumphs for a true teatime treat.
