Sandos and savoury or sweet croffles, prepared fresh to order, make for scrumptious snacks - munch on the mentaiko tamagoyaki sando, featuring a thick, soft rolled omelette topped with The Bakes & Brews' own sriracha-laced mentaiko sauce, and the bonito mayo croffle, buttery and briny, fluffy and flaky.
