The whimsical Tofu Pourover blends espresso with black charcoal powder and gula Melaka, topped with tofufah for dessert in a drink; Harry Potter Jr. conjures young-at-heart magic with a simple spell of espresso, butter and milk (10 points for the skewered bread to dunk); Sunset Rollercoaster ends the ride smoothly on sweet-savoury tropical notes, coupling coffee with crushed salted egg yolk and coconut milk.
