The Premium Buffet includes the Sake Platter, a sensational showcase for salmon, botan ebi, tako, maguro, toro, ama ebi, caviar, ikura, uni and hamachi.
Also have the Hut Platter, a masterpiece of boiled lobster, botan ebi, oyster, hotate, zuwaigani snow crabs, sea prawn and abalone, representing the best bounty of the oceans.
