Rika rocks up to PJ this week, roping in some sweet Section 17 soulfulness, rolling out rice bowls, roti kaya and rich brews.
Brunch begins at this friendly neighbourhood cafe with burnt butter kaya toast, plus salmon sashimi over tornado omelette and bonito on rice, paired with the mellow M.V.P. (matcha, vanilla and pandan oat milk) and charming Cham (espresso with oolong peach and milk).
Rika is managed by the team that also spearheads the VCR family of cafes.
