Aloft KLS has flown in Australian Wagyu and Angus beef to turn into patties grilled to perfection, sandwiched in house-baked sesame buns. Sink your teeth into 200 grams of juicy beef layered with mozzarella, crispy onions, tomato, gherkins and lettuce, served with a side of moreish curly fries.
The Wild Wild Wagyu Burger (RM52) and Awesome Angus Burger (RM48) are udderly a-moo-zing, but they’re not the only addictive new additions to the W XYZ menu.
Get hooked on the Fantabulous Fish Burger (RM38), featuring a jade perch fillet in crispy batter, piled with romaine lettuce, tomato, Aussie cheddar and onion jam, completed with curly fries with spicy lemon garlic aioli and tartar sauce.
Lamb lovers will adore the Lip-smacking Lamb Burger (RM42) – 180 grams of lamb in a sundried tomato bagel, heaped with feta cheese, arugula, onion jam and tomato, plus cumin mayo and an olive tapenade dip for your steak fries.
If your appetite for burgers is astounding, tackle the Signature W XYZ Burger (RM48), a whopping 360 grams of beef (more than some steaks!) in a giant bun. Wash it down with one coffee, tea or any available juice on the house.
