Tong sui "r" us: Dessertisme tackles the classic sweet Cantonese soups that generations have grown up on - a rotating range of at least six varieties is available daily, from a creamy wheat porridge with corn to a warming peanut soup (RM3.90-RM4.50 each). Our favourite is the ginger-sharpened soup with glutinous rice balls stuffed separately with black sesame, red bean and peanut pastes, for a taste of tradition that'll never go out of style, perfect for this contemporary cafe set-up.
