Heaps of hawker, Japanese and Middle Eastern offerings under one roof.

Seafood fried rice. Aesthetically appealing and surprisingly packed with clams, squid and prawns. Not a bad choice at all.

Zani's Special Fried Rice was a bit less successful. Somewhat damp, but it might please anyone who craves a spicy kick.

The sashimi was certainly not top-notch, but it was pretty cheap.

The falafel was all right. Crisp, firm and reasonably priced too.

Decent hummus topped with oversalted lamb meat.

Veggies to help ease the guilt factor of a high-carb, high-fat meal.

Egyptian recipe of fava beans in olive oil, parsley, onion, garlic & lemon juice. Again, too much salt undermined an otherwise OK dish.

There's a multitude of fruit juices available here.
