Good View @ Section 17 Petaling Jaya

We headed here for one reason only: the charcoal-fried Hokkien mee.

There's a long wait during peak hours; the final result is not bad, but not memorable either. Might have helped if the ingredients were more plentiful.

Good View Kopitiam,
Jln 17/27, Section 17, PJ.
Check out EAT DRINK, a new F&B website jointly run by The Expat Group (TEG) & Eat Drink KL. This website features all of our up-to-date reviews, plus exclusive weekly articles & a searchable database on restaurants in KL & Selangor:

  1. I love the pix of the man frying. Yeah, noodles are really not memorable at all. Remember eating it once and forgetting to blog abt it.

  2. Try going to Ahwa restaurant in jalan 222 PJ... full of wok hei and should be able to satisfy your taste bud

  3. boo: thanks! true, it was disappointing. had read about it in that new food guide, 33 food hotspots.
leo: have heard about that one, but still haven't managed to go there. must try soon. tnx. =)

  4. waa.. u finally eat streetfood!

  5. hmph... wait, i've got backlogged posts of streetside nasi lemak and bak kut teh coming up...
