Ramen Monster is soft-launching a new location: This rustic ramen bar stomps into The Pocket with tonkotsu shoyu ramen, steeped in slow-simmered savouriness and succulence in Sungai Besi.
Everything is thoughtfully fine-tuned, from the firm noodles with a bounce to their bite to the 12-hour-cooked blend of broths that deliver the soul-soothing depth of pork bones, chicken, katsuobushi and furikake.
Fun facts: Passionate about ramen, Ramen Monster’s founder first began cooking at home for friends. Ramen Monster also runs a kitchen at OUG’s Absorb Sunlight.
