Paramount Garden's latest cafe - Spring Spring - blooms with summertime vibes, lined with caudex plants within and leafy views of the neighbourhood outside.
It's a pleasant place for donburi devotees (the selection includes a tasty Avocadon meat-free treat, topped with plump, ripe avocado and sultrily torched tamago) and beverage buffs (try the Beach Ball cooler, a peachy pleasure with yogurt bursting boba).
Fun fact #1: Spring Spring is named for one of its founders' favourite albums, by the Taiwanese band Wendy Wander.
Fun fact #2: This is a feline-friendly cafe; there are eight resident cats at the back of the venue, including two elegant Siamese.
