Xinjiang-Style Imperial Roasted Whole Lamb is a captivating centrepiece, defined by moistness and marination. Cumin, garlic and a careful mix of herbs and spices are richly worked into the meat, building earthy, savoury warmth in each mighty bite.

Pulled Beef Brisket Bao Buns folds in beef that's slow-cooked for five hours, soaking in the essence of cumin, garlic and coriander, packed in flatbread for fluffy, fleshy satisfaction.

Pak Muss' Noodle Soup promises the kitchen's own-crafted noodles, made fresh daily, submerged in beef broth with succulent sliced beef, complete with beautifully fine-tuned Lanzhou chilli paste. A bowl to bookmark!

Top Malaysian treats include Sabah's Hinava Nusantara (raw fish, refreshing in lime juice, chillies, sliced shallots and grated ginger), Perlis' Daging Bakar Danok Royale (beef marinated overnight, roasted with lemongrass, ginger and a medley of local herbs) and an East Coast twist on Ayam Percik Rendang Tradisi Andri (chicken slow-cooked to vibrant juiciness).

Save plenty of space of a sweet finish: Durian Vanilla Cake, Strawberry Delight Cake, Cempedak Baked Cheesecake, Fruit Flan Cake, Pandan Onde Onde Cake, Teh o Limau Jelly, Mango Pudding, Kurma, Red Velvet Cake, Pandan Layer Cake, Teh Tarik Swiss Roll, Fruit Tarts, kuih-muih, childhood candy and lots of fruits.
