Brella Bakehouse is PJ's new family-run bakery-cafe in SS3's Taman Universiti - Brella = Bryan and Ella, plus their son Desmond and other close relatives, serving the neighbourhood with welcoming warmth.
The soft-launch selection spans cinnamon sugar cruffins to sea salt butter rolls, satisfying to savour with a simple, steaming-hot latte. Bring home the bread, including cranberry walnut sourdough and country loaves.
Fun fact: The family began baking together in MCO times before embarking on Brella, which currently opens Tuesday to Sunday, 8am-4pm. Sourdough pizzas and more elaborate pastries should be available soon.
