Brunch on hearty bowls of japonica rice topped with house-made Japanese apple curry, karaage chicken and onsen tamago (RM26) or sourdough toast slathered with sake-cooked white button mushrooms in yellow mustard and whipping cream, plus onsen tamago on bonito flakes (RM24), paired with the Soul Lab (RM16; espresso with calamansi, coconut, fuji apple and kiwi oolong tea) and Apple Oolong Matcha (RM16; ajisai matcha with house-made pear syrup, red grapefruit and kiwi oolong tea). Satisfying stuff.
