There are far too many highlights to list for the Christmas Eve Seafood Buffet Dinner, but expect a smorgasbord of everything from asparagus with prawns and avocado; quinoa salad with cranberries and pistachios; and salmon gravlax with dill and lemon for starters, plus shellfish and seafood on ice, carving stations for turkey, chicken, beef and lamb, plus Western, Italian, Japanese and Asian stations, with dozens of delectable seasonal desserts.

Gobo Upstairs' Christmas Eve Dinner includes Yuletide temptations like soy-dusted Tasmanian salmon with crab and corn ragout; spiced butternut squash soup with foie gras dumpling; a choice of turkey roulade with chestnut stuffing, sweet potato puree, grilled jumbo asparagus and giblet gravy, or Surf and Turf Au Jus (grilled wagyu striploin and butter poached king prawn); and classic Christmas pudding with warm brandy sauce and clotted cream.

Seeking the perfect roast for your loved ones? With an aromatic blend of fresh lemongrass, turmeric, galangal, cumin and coriander, marinated overnight for the flavours to set in, the Sensational Asian whole turkey comes with choices of three accompaniments such as nasi briyani with quail eggs, slow-braised Brussels sprouts, kerabu prawn mango with peanuts and chillies, maple-glazed chestnuts, yang chow fried rice with crispy shredded dried scallops and more. The Sensational Asian is priced at RM95 per kg (minimum weight is 5.5 kg).

If you prefer to stay true to the traditional, Traders' Super Loaded Truffle Flavoured Whole Turkey comes with giblet truffle sauce, cranberry sauce and choices of three accompaniments, priced at RM100 per kg (minimum weight is 5.5 kg).
