The chase is on: The Great Chase Kuala Lumpur sprints into Malaysia as the first international spin-off of The Great Chase in London, pursuing British stalwarts like Sunday roasts and beef Wellington.

The Great Chase identifies as a halal establishment in London. Its new KL outpost has no official certification for now but remains pork-free and alcohol-free.

Sunday roasts (beef, lamb or chicken) are available all week long, lunch and dinner. Succulent to each thick-cut slice, the beef rump is rosy with a beautiful blush, brimming with savoury juices; it’s a knockout that the entire family will enjoy.

Finishing everything on this hearty plate feels like one battle after another, but it’s all worth it: Sage-onion stuffing, pureed neeps, puffy-feathery Yorkshire pudding, chunky-crusty potatoes on drippings, honey-lacquered carrots, roast cauliflower, greens and gravy.

Beef Wellington is currently served in limited portions for dinner.

The Great Chase KL offers lots of exclusive nods to Malaysian influences, infused in European-inflected starters of charred sourdough bread with rendang-spiced butter (complementing London’s flagship coconut date butter), steak sauces like kantan bearnaise and ulam chimichurri, sips of ginger mocktails with star anise, and sweets such as pengat pisang semifreddo with gula Melaka-glazed crumbs.
