Playful pizzas include Corn To Be Wild, scattered with sweet corn, hot honey and scallions. But for a cheeky snack, chomp on Pizzadogs, a mash-up of pizzas and hot dogs: Hey Ali slots a sloppy frankfurter with sauerkraut, mozzarella and Lingham's chilli sauce on a freshly fired pizza dough 'bun' built on a seven-year-old sourdough starter.
Pair with the Taro Matcha, mellow with soothing layers of purple-green earthiness.
