Bursting with colourful culinary creativity, Inoha is now officially open in Ara Damansara, serving flavourful specialities with inventive inspirations.

The Mori Mizu Chazuke infuses twists of tempeh and chai poh into the Japanese classic, a soulful and steamy pour-over of tea on rice, coated with chuka wakame, edamame, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, corn, beans, spring onions and shallots, a wholesome heart-warmer for meat-free Mondays.

Donburi devotees can dig into the Citrus Harvest Salmon Bowl, draped with delicately marinated sashimi, showered with ebiko, subtly uplifted with shiso leaves. Also enticing are the Zesty Yuzu Steak Bowl and the Apple Curry Chicken Curry Katsu Don.

For pasta, Inoha recommends the Creamy Lemon Duck Delight, drenched in a decadent ricotta-based dressing, with a robust depth of meaty flavour and crunchy texture from in-house dry-aged duck prosciutto, laced with lemon and spinach for a bit of brightness.

Inoha takes pride in distinctive desserts.

We love the Kuala Lipis Kek Batik, fudgy and fun, thickly layered with single-origin Malaysian cocoa, lined with Marie biscuits, piped with kaffir lime dark chocolate ganache, a diet-destroyer that's well worth the calories.

The Crispy Kataifi Banana Bliss raises fritters to crackly heights, bundled in phyllo pastry, snappy to the bite, ripely juicy to the chew, cushioned with true-blue blueberry jam, slathered with nut butter praline for an indulgence to thrill kids of all ages.

Inoha pours extra effort into its entire menu, spanning its own tepache and kombucha, plus coffee concoctions like Pudgy Express, expressive with espresso, milk and ice cream soda.
