Subang’s new Ruma Fusion strives to satisfy cravings for carbs and caffeine, pairing rosti, rice, sandwiches and pasta with copious coffee.
The signature rosti comprises classic shredded potatoes, pan-fried to order with caramelised butter, topped with sour cream and add-ons such as smoked salmon. The rosti is served fresh and hot, satisfying textured with a crisp bite and creamy chew.
Couple it with kopi kaw kaw, Malaysian dark-roasted coffee with evaporated and condensed milk. Contemporary coffee and matcha lattes and coolers are also available.
Other intriguing options include Hainanese sourdough toasties with house-made kaya and French butter; omurice; and ramen noodles in eight-hour slow-cooked Nyonya laksa broth with cockles.
