PJ’s new place for porridge, Ru Xuan Seafood Claypot Porridge steams up with Foshan-origin Chinese cooking.
The signature porridge surfaces in two styles - the thicker Guangdong and the thinner Teochew. Seafood combinations include baby squid with shrimp, their springy sweetness complemented by the creaminess of yam cubes in a serving that three patrons can share (RM52). Chaoshan chilli sauce completes the experience.
