The dinner menu spans seafood chowder that channels the creamy comfort of New England (RM15), beautifully crumbly southern U.S.-style cornbread that takes twenty worthwhile minutes to bake on order (RM20), and shrimp and grits of the coastal Carolinas with a Southeast Asian twist, heartily heaped with huge king prawns (RM75).
Contemporary creations with international inspirations, like lamb rack with eggplant yogurt, pea puree and heirloom carrots (RM108), are also available, expertly executed, a testament to an under-the-radar restaurant that deserves recognition.
