If you read Eat Drink KL, chances are you enjoy getting a good cup of coffee, perhaps to keep you awake at work throughout the week or to savour slowly over Sunday brunch.
For the past 10 years, we've tried to point our readers to friendly cafes and caffeine bars that have introduced a whole new generation of Malaysians to the power and possibilities of third-wave coffee. Now, Eat Drink KL is launching Malaysia's first multi-cafe loyalty plan dedicated to espresso enthusiasts and latte lovers.
The Eat Drink KL Coffee Subscription lets you redeem coffee at a reduced cost at all participating restaurants or cafes. Through this subscription, each cup of coffee is fixed at a discounted price - black coffee at either RM5 or RM7 per cup, coffee with milk at either RM6 or RM9 per cup - empowering you to explore more venues and enjoy even more coffee.
Participating outlets range from award-winning homegrown cafes to at least one internationally recognised brand, from cafes that have thrived for years to cafes that have freshly opened this year.

We have two main types of subscriptions available. Each subscription can be purchased on in a package of 5, 10 or 15 cups.
A Classic subscription lets you redeem coffee at outlets for everyday coffee drinkers. This is for a fast, fuss-free fix of coffee that's more affordable. Classic black coffee costs RM5 per cup, while Classic coffee with milk costs RM6 per cup.
A Prime subscription offers redemptions at outlets for enthusiasts seeking a premium, higher-priced coffee experience. Prime black coffee costs RM7 per cup, while Prime coffee with milk costs RM9 per cup.
Black Coffee and Coffee With Milk subscriptions can be purchased on our website in separate packages.
With a Black Coffee subscription, you can redeem Espressos, Americanos and Long Blacks (as determined by the cafe).
If you purchase a Coffee With Milk subscription, you can redeem Lattes, Cappuccinos, Flat Whites, Piccolo Lattes and other similar coffees (as determined by the cafe).
We hope to expand these subscriptions with more benefits and simplified processes in the months to come - but for now, we need your support to show that you're interested.
If you currently visit cafes at least once a week for coffee, please consider purchasing a subscription, even if it's only for five cups of coffee. Subscriptions are valid for between 30 days to 90 days from purchase.
