Mate Manos prepares the basic hot yerba mate (RM8) in a French press - it’s a distinctive South American alternative to Japanese and Chinese tea, with deeply earthy, woody dynamics, kicking in fast for a powerful, persistent sense of focus.
Cold and sparkling yerba mate concoctions are also available, mixed with cinnamon, coconut, lychee or honey.
For food, Mate Mano Msia bakes its own focaccia for sandwiches like the grilled cheese or spicy cumin lamb sandwich.
