This month, experience the excellence of up to 40 types of top-notch sake - from the traditional to the truly premium - while encountering an exquisite sake tasting journey through 19 different Japanese breweries, with veteran sommeliers to deepen your discernment of sake.

Spearheaded by Dajin Food & Beverages Sdn Bhd, the Dajin Sip Fest 2023 is an immersive experience to showcase the rich heritage of sake and help everyone find their favorite sake from the widest range of varieties, all in one place for one weekend only!

Highlights include a curation of culinary creations by participating restaurants to harmonise with the complex notes of sake. Sample these specialities at Flying Peacock and JUS Resto Bar in APW Bangsar, as well as USHI, Sushi Hana and Menya Ugatsu in the Klang Valley.


Also indulge in seamless sake pairing menus from 22 September to 1 October at collaborating venues such as WAIG by Chipta 11A at APW Bangsar, as well as notable Japanese restaurants in KL such as USHI, Taka, Kingyu and Sushi Kaku.

From delicate and floral to rich and robust, revel in the diversity of more than 40 sake profiles from 19 Japanese breweries, such as Dassai, Tatenokawa, Oujiman, Kamotsuru, Daishichi and Suigei. Professional sommeliers will shine a light on the nuances of sake.


Fun fact: Some of these sake breweries are hundreds of years old, such as Daishichi, which traces its roots to 1752!
