Er Lou Bar, Cheras

Fire up your night with Er Lou Bar's torched-at-the-table cocktails.

If the shoe fits, order the one nicknamed Sorry Boss, unapologetic with a double-dose of rum, white and dark, poured over with pineapple syrup, fresh coconut water, coconut cream and burnt egg white for a caramelised crown. 

Meanwhile, Whiskey In The Jar evokes a flaming whiskey sour, spiced with star anise and a cinnamon stick that's set ablaze, zesty with lemon and orange, rounded out with dried peach for a full-bodied beverage.

But if pyrotechnics are not your thing, try the Endless Love, a nightcap of pandan-infused vodka with calamansi juice, red date syrup, young ginger syrup and ginger ale, for a cocktail with a sharp sting.

At RM35 per cocktail, we certainly can't complain.
