Crafting a creatively wholesome bowl of flavourful fare isn't rocket science at this venue, which promises a plethora of nutritionally balanced meals with playfully tasty sauces.
The process should be familiar by now: First, pick a base (we chose cauliflower rice), pack it up with a protein (sliced flank steak, perhaps), select some supplements (say, roasted herb pumpkin, edamame and boiled egg) and toppings (can't go wrong with cranberries and chia seeds).
What helps Rocket Kitchen achieve liftoff is its repertoire of vibrant-hued sauces, comprising surprises like the beetroot tzatziki, with the tang of yogurt balanced by the sweet earthiness of beet; the turmeric ranch; and the eatery's namesake of rocket-basil vinaigrette.
Preset bowls such as a Spicy Chicken, Zesty Salmon and Rainbow Vegan are also available, heaped with everything from baked eggplant and sauteed mushrooms to oven-dried cherry tomatoes and charred broccoli.
