Coming Soon: Overture, Petaling Jaya

Come for chicken parma, stay for crystal-clear playback of Sade: Likely to launch mid-October, SS4’s upcoming Overture might soon be PJ’s best-sounding cafe, a listener’s lounge powered by Klipsch Cornwall speakers.
Wrapped in thoughtful acoustic treatments for a sensorially lush audioscape, Overture turns familiar music into richly dimensional rediscoveries in an intimate space lit low in amber with walnut-toned woodwork.
The meals menu looks compact but compelling: Five-day-cured salt beef sandwich, moussaka with garlic tahini, miso mushroom tartine, cereal milk panna cotta, whipped cheesecake with Earl Grey crumble and more.
Cafe Seongsu, Sri Hartamas

Buttermood is open to the public at the residence lobby entrance of Gateway Kiaramas.
Bean Brothers Coffeehouse, Setia Alam

Bean Brothers Coffeehouse opens up beautifully in Setia Alam, peering through curved windows over broad bands of treetop green and sky blue. Feathery foliage brings this cinematic landscape calmly inward with olive and timber tones, warm and welcoming for breakfast of berry quinoa granola yoghurt and Ethiopia Gotiti coffee.
