This cozy nook inside Times Bookstore offers mainly desserts.
Chocolate mille crepe. Can't tire of these layered custard cakes.
Vanilla mille crepe. Scrumptiously light and mild-flavored.
Cream puff. Not quite successful; too stodgy and bland.
Tuxedo cake, featuring chocolate & cream. Tasted like regular chocolate cake.
Hummingbird cake. A nutty, creamy pleasure, but could be more moist.
Huckleberry Cafe,
Bangsar Shopping Centre.
Hmm..jz leveraging on their mille crepe again?
ReplyDeleteSame owner as food foundry.
oh, Bickford's also avail at Pacific Coffee ;)
Rebecca (Unka logged on & i lazy to chg ;p)
rebecca: yeah, the mille crepe seems to be the best thing here ... though maybe the savory items might be worth trying someday too. heh, not a fan of bickford's, but there was nothing else better to drink here :D
ReplyDeletecream puff? dun look like one geh? :p
ReplyDeletebabe_kl: heheh, not sure what else to call it ... it's puffy, and it's got cream in it :D
ReplyDeleteAH! Enjoying all those nice stuff while reading some books! Exactly what I prefer to do during weekendS!
ReplyDeleteleo: hmmm, good idea, but all we did here was eat! no books, no reading at our table :D
ReplyDeletefantastic! doubt that they sell whole cakes here, though, eh?
ReplyDeletelemongrass: hmmm, u could buy 12 slices and consider that a whole cake! :D
ReplyDeleteOMG crepes!! I want them. Looks really good la
ReplyDeleteeiling: ya, u can also get them at food foundry at section 17, pj...
ReplyDeleteI still think mille crepe is overrated, but have found Food Foundry's pales in comparison to Indulge Café's (chocolate) version!
