Pak Lang Ikan Bakar

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to get to Pak Lang Ikan Bakar and he'll eat for a lifetime.

Terrific stingray. The flesh was packed with flavour and incredibly moist.

The "terubok" fish was slightly less successful. Packed with tiny bones instead, so it was a bit of a chore to finish.

Pak Lang Ikan Bakar,
Jalan Raja Muda Musa, Kampung Baru.

  2. I never did quite get stingray although ikan bakar is a different story altogether. And fish with tiny bones just won't do either. Perhaps if there aren't any other choices, I can bring my own? :-P
