Sadly, the signature roast pork that night wasn't as good as usual. It lacked juiciness, with the balance of fat and lean meat tipping over to the latter.
A hearty, well-prepared portion of roast pork wok-fried in soy sauce and caramelized with sugar capped off this totally unhealthy supper.

Ahhh I guessed from the unusually paltry amount of food that this was either an ultra light supper. Hmmm disturbing that I've been hearing that the standards here are slipping from various sources. Hope this isn't a permanent thing!
ReplyDeleteyeah, hopefully they're not becoming a victim of their own success! any slides is reversible if remedied early enough, if the owners care enough.
