Eight treasures chicken wings. Stuffed with minced chestnuts, pork, prawns, mushrooms and other goodies, this was tender and immensely enjoyable.
Mud crab with salted egg yolk. A knockout. Meaty, succulent and flavourful.
Braised estuary garoupa in claypot. Not bad, but the natural taste of the fish was kinda lost in this preparation.
Fried rice. One of their signature dishes, this was fragrant and well-prepared, but I prefer my fried rice to be packed with more "lauk."
