Swez Brasserie

A typical hotel all-day-dining outlet. Nothing more, nothing less.

Nasi Numb Tongue, a cheekily named spicy fried rice. Awful though. Putting lots of chilli into a recipe doesn't guarantee its success if the rice is tasteless.

Mee Goreng Mamak, stir-fried yellow noodles with prawns, beancurd and bean sprouts. Served nearly cold and also completely lacking in flavour.

Taylor's Port and Bailey's Irish Cream.

Swez Brasserie,
Eastin Hotel.
