Danny's @ SohoKL

Danny's seems like a strange name for a Chinese restaurant, but there are no surprises when it comes to the food.

Pork lovers rejoice! The so-called "A Flavour Bone" comprising tender, fatty meat was divine, swimming in a thick sauce that we lapped up with the mantao. The veggies helped to cultivate the illusion that we were eating healthy.

Fried homemade beancurd with pickled lettuce and meat. No complaints. The generous servings of beancurd were soft and flavourful.

Squid with salted eggs. Delicious, though the version at King Crab is better.

    Well, you were, sorta. It's just that the less-than-healthy stuff you were eating outweighed the healthy bits? :P
