Mlinica @ Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina

Battered fried calf brains come in a bit too mushy & under-cooked at Mlinica restaurant, making them very much an acquired taste, especially for the squeamish - but at least the view here is spectacular, overlooking the Ottoman bridge by the Neretva river that flows through Bosnia-Herzegovina's lovely cultural capital of Mostar.
