Efficient service, an excellent setting and enough booze available at this outlet to slay six elephants. All that's missing here is truly satisfying food.
To be fair, the Singapore laksa with crayfish came in a generous portion, potentially sufficient for two people. But the bland, thin broth was a letdown.
Kuey teow with crayfish. Also hearty, with lots of fairly fresh crayfish & veggies, but lacked that 'wok hei' wallop to make it memorable.
