Ip Man Bar

No sign of Donnie Yen here, but this is one of TTDI Plaza's few hangouts that can still lure a crowd these days.

The cocktails available are commonplace, without any martial arts theme for novelty value. The Sangria Summer (red wine, tequila, triple sec, lemonade) & Long Island Iced Tea (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, cola) both proved unmemorable.

Quirky decor aside, it might be better if Ip Man Bar served food. But for now, the kitsch factor and touchy-feely waitresses seem sufficient to keep this establishment humming.

  3. eiling: heheh, ya, i have to admit, the main reason we visited this place was because of its name! too bad it was basically just another regular bar :D
tng: ahhh, it's just a casual place where office workers nearby can kick back after work, drink some beers and, ermmm, maybe mingle with the waitresses =)

  6. Michelle: heheh, I think I'll skip 14 Blades. Not really a fan of hong kong flicks. I only watched Ip Man, but not the sequel :D
Lfb: you won't be able to get a lap dance, but you can get your lap sat on. Sounds like a great place to have your next surprise birthday bash, rite :D

  7. My lap sat on? I rather sit on our beloved Queen Lemon's lap, truth be told... H.R.H. could spank me gently and tell me what a bad boy I've been, hehe.
