Polka @ Warsaw, Poland

Love your liver: Polish celebrity chef Magda Gessler's ornate restaurant, its multiple rooms offering distinct ambiances, cooks up refined renditions of local fare like chicken liver marinated with mustard, served steaming-hot with buttered apples & onions. plus half a roast chicken stuffed with its own liver. Wash down with a true Polish cocktail, concocted with domestic herb vodka, honey liqueur from the countryside, tonic & lemon juice.
