Perhaps the ultimate in sinful snacks: Potato chips & fish skin flavoured with salted egg (S$16 each) - the chips convey more distinct dynamics of salted egg, while the skin channels crunchier dimensions, so it's a toss-up which one purchasers may prefer. There's also a very creamy salted egg sauce (S$8) that can be used for cooking - or in our case, dipping.
